Connection closed when connecting to TCP services

TCP and UDP services can be accessed in nginx ingress-controller like [this](https://medium.com/@ahmedwaleedmalik/exposing-tcp-and-udp-services-in-kubernetes-using-nginx-ingress-9b8fd639c576) Is it still not possible for contour ?
