Use TokensWithdrawnEvent instead of TokensSlashedEvent

In line with #940, it would be better and more understandable to release `tokens.Withdrawn` instead of `tokens.BalanceSet` and `tokens.Slashed` events when LP exits pool. Release event with only changed fields when market is edited

It would be good to have event `PredictionMarkets.MarketEdited` which only has fields whose data got updated by the user. This should allow lay person to identify the changed data and...

I think that event `tokens.Withdrawn` would be better fit to release/perform compared to `tokens.Slashed` whenever someone sells complete set?
