I'm gonna have to leave this up to someone who knows how to fix this, sorry for the inconvenience.

This is an issue with `spicetify` not working well with the latest Spotify update, which is `1.1.92.647`.

Experiencing the same issue. It's annoying since I'm using a touchpad with no scroll gestures.
