Try downloading watchdog manually from [here](https://github.com/zephraOSS/AMRPC-WatchDog/releases). And make sure to put it in the right path as mentioned in the error "C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\AMRPC\watchdog\watchdog.exe" Finally restart the app.
