This may be related to this issue: https://github.com/aio-libs/aiohttp/issues/7208 Basically, if the request does not set content-length, aiohttp server returns 400 with `Invalid method encountered`.

Can reproduce. It happens on local laptop. `num_cpus` is irrelevant. It happens when `_temp_dir` is a relative path. The path is created but the `latest_session` symlink is not correctly set...

What's your use case for dynamic labels? I think today you can create a new node with new labels, and shut down the old node.
