Need ipv6 bootstrap address

It's possible to create an offical ipv6 node? Because for ipv6 only user node, its impossible to bootstrap without add a community ipv6 node in the custom config.toml

Base_config/config.toml - need ipv6 listen on port 33035

For ipv6 nodes, in the base_config/config.toml, the monitoring service only listen on ipv4 address for the 33035 port.
