@kimwnasptd Yes, I'm checking out the v1.5.0-rc.1 tag of the manifests to test the vanilla kubeflow on EKS 1.19 using 1.20 kubectl locally.

I've recently tested rds-s3 and didn't run into this, the person who posted this issue is working on re-installing and stated they would give an update.
