All markdown files in your project show up in the Unotes navigation tree. You can open them in Unotes or a standard editor from the vs code explorer.

Images drag and drop is broken

Yes, thanks for reporting this. It looks like it does still work but you must hold the `shift` key down while dropping. This was a change in VS Code apparently.
