Using this script: ``` from pyshexc.parser_impl.generate_shexj import generate generate(['-nr', './E233']) ``` the file parses successfully and generates JSONLD, so it seems your parser does not do its job.

The reason is this issue with the request package which they are not fixing: https://github.com/psf/requests/issues/4842 One solution would be to deinstall simplejson but here for example jupyter and qt depend...

BTW these errors can be prevented by catching them from the berserk code, see this: https://github.com/PrefectHQ/prefect/issues/3151 I will submit a patch.

test_series_generic is too slow

There are some subtests that could have the precision reduced. Note however that the number of functions to test will make the 0.1s goal difficult to reach with generic series....
