+1, but the sound files should be carefully selected. `linux-typewriter` is nice and minimalist, but the sound it produces is cacophonous due to the sound files.

Use the plugin mechanism, not the one which is built into Anki: ctrl+shift+w or the `[…]` icon. You have to type something afterwards due to this bug: #29.
