For links not meant to be followed/indexed, perhaps we should ignore links with `rel="nofollow"`. I also wonder if Lighthouse could have a feature similar to Chrome's "Add to Dictionary" feature...

Our pipeline is only set up to consume the technology, category, and info fields, so not very easily. @pmeenan WDYT?

Doesn't seem like a BigQuery issue. For example `https://www.apk-ag.de/` has this app in August but not in September. Loading the page manually with the extension shows the app as expected....
