Feed items added asynchronously are not sorted by date

If my recordset is not sorted by descending date my feed is out of order. It would be nice if there was a sort before the render. I noticed this...

If there are a chain of redirects, hapi seems to get lost / not properly follow them. I noticed this when I was trying to authenticate in the seer project....

When calling Butchershop.chop, the proxy's route should be able to be defined as '/some/path' or '/some/path/'

Add an option to auto refresh keys. This helps when reviewing freshness of data as well as discovering new keys.
