Fix Zephyr (gcc) build issues

I'm using `libosdp-rs` in Zephyr building with GCC (defined `__BARE_METAL__`, `__ZEPHYR__ `). And I faced the following issues: - Duplicated symbol `gettimeofday` (linker issue) and - `__noreturn` undefined
