Reopened... any updated context folks can add (versions, logs, errors, etc) to recapitulate the situation would probably help.

Anyone still facing this? It seems the `superset load-examples` bit helped some. I don't want to close this if there's an actual _bug_ in current versions (i.e. 4.1.2)
