The easiest workaround is just running lol with gamescope and select close client while on game
I installed league from https://github.com/kyechou/leagueoflegends Which uses wine-lol I launch lol with `gamescope -w 3840 -h 2160 -W 3840 -H 2160 -f -b -- leagueoflegends start`

@amenokagaseo it seems that this is the case I think the game "reads/writes" the rendered frame to a "texture" and then compose the glitch effect using that "texture" in postprocessing...
