出现在`master`，如果一个文章的条目稍微多一些就会导致页面混在一起 贴一个在ipad上看的例子（其实在电脑上也有类似的效果，不过由于那篇文章条目不多，只有一小部分被覆盖了） 

问题：是否可以查看报警记录对应的详细信息

### 背景 当 spug 发现异常之后，只会显示有异常发生，而不会记录具体的错误原因 配置了简单的站点检测规则，对应的 API 当有异常发生的时候会返回具体的原因（http code 是 400 或者非 200-399 的值，有 response body），在报警记录列表中只能看到什么时候报警而没有具体的原因 ### 建议 是否可以考虑在报警记录列表中添加类似查看当时错误的时候的 response body 的功能
