npm run start not working in Nextjs 13.5

When I run > `npm run start` command, I got this error... `sh: hugo: command not found ERROR: "start:dev:hugo" exited with 127.`

For just 5 characters of words, element is taking too much space. how to make it auto space/width according to content size?
