Option to disable email notification after processing repositories are done

At this moment, email notifications are being sent upon each successful profile refresh. Could we have an option to disable this?

Silent Vercel bot

With reference to: - https://github.com/sst/sst/issues/2237 Is it possible to have this implemented? Would be a good convenience while setting up SST projects.
