Exceptions if parameters are not passed are not properly controlled.

The behavior of the application if you don't pass parameters is not clean: It should understand what are you passing and not passing, and react (give you back clear messages)...

Allow to put the converted CSV into an existing Google Sheet rather than always creating a new one.

This also means to specify a custom range, and create a new worksheet if the one that the user sets does not exist.

Allow passing a folder instead of a single file in order to do bulk upload.

Parameters can be easily changed to take a folder as an input rather than a single file. But that brings us the next question: How to deal with the Sheet...
