如何只使用支持https的代理？

我的情况是return requests.get("http://127.0.0.1:5000/get")是没问题的，可以正常获得ip，但是ip不支持https。 我看md说可以加上？type=https， return requests.get("http://127.0.0.1:5000/get/?type=https"),但是返回的是{"code":0,"src":"no proxy"}，有大佬知道怎么解决吗？
