Bad request: TOPIC_CLOSED

Love the idea of this! Simple, to the point, and extensible! However, followed the instructions to a tee and I keep getting the following error in the logs:

{"ok":false,"error_code":400,"description":"Bad Request: TOPIC_CLOSED"}

Several other notification APIs I have (across *arr, watchtower) are working fine, but this one isn't. Definitely have the right bot token and channel info. Maybe I have something wrong though?

(If it should matter, I'm trying to send to a group/superthread that has all my notifications split out by app. I still did the "copy everything after the #" tip, but I wonder if the underscore is throwing it off.)
