I took my first stab at the Building Automation Card. Pull REM. It should support the relays, digital inputs, analog inputs, DAC outputs, and open drain. 

I will look at this deeper. There is the start of role based security in the system and pin codes for unlocking specific features.

The only problem with that board is that it only has NO contacts. You cannot power a valve.

Sorry, I never found a use for the 24v triacs. Keep in mind if you are powering using 24vdc these will not work anyway.
