How to setup trajectory for obstacles

I can see for point obstacles, TEB takes in Velocity in X and Y direction and compute edges. How to incorporate trajectories for point obstacles(x,y,t)? I want to extend TEB to take in user supplied trajectory for dynamic obstacles.
