control loop missed in high end PC

control loop missed its desired rate of 20.0000Hz... the loop actually took 5.0000 seconds, I have been getting this a lot when there are a single obstacle and multiple obstacles. is this related to threads on the homotopy class planner, in which it makes parallel planning?
