Added. Current state of `tnum`: - `space` → `space.tf`: punctuation width - `punctuationspace` → `punctuationspace.tf`: punctuation width - `figurespace`: full width 
Re hexadecimal digits: I don't think that would work easily, at least it wouldn't be practical as a tnum feature, since users generally enable `tnum` carte blanche on text, which...
