Thanks for the suggestion. My plan is for Subadub to eventually have proper support for displaying multiple subtitle tracks, so maybe I will hold off on this until then.
Neat idea, thanks for the suggestion and mockup! Though if I end up making Subadub also work with user-imported content and perhaps YouTube, it might be better to be consistent...
Thanks for the suggestion. I'm interested in adding support for YouTube, Hulu, and other sites, but it will probably take me quite a while to get to that.

Many subtitles have embedded HTML tags for formatting, and Voracious strips and ignores those using a simple regex. You are correct that your subs are getting mistakenly affected by that....
Yeah that would work, I think there are only a handful that get used in subs.
Thanks for the feedback. I could see this as another Subtitle Mode option. Do you have an idea for what this new mode might be called?
What's happening is that in the subs the word appears in a mixed kanji-kana form (国なまり), whereas in the dictionary it only occurs in the full-kanji form (国訛). In theory...
I was able to work around this problem with `pip install --ignore-requires-python lm-scorer`
Thanks for the bug report. I am seeing the same behavior (Subadub only lists recommended subs) but I am not getting errors when I changed subs on Netflix or Subadub....
