Thanks @livebe01, in the meantime it seems it would be appropriate to correct [full KAS-FFC prerequisite requirement](https://github.com/usnistgov/ACVP/blob/master/src/kas/sp800-56ar3/ffc/sections/05-capabilities.adoc) to remove the current SafePrimes prerequisite requirement.
