Hello! Iqtree is crashing on some of my files with the "ERROR: Tree taxon Apteryx_owenii does not appear in the alignment" even though there is a sequence for that taxon...

I understand how to install and run this program with docker but how can I install and run the software without using docker on a HPC cluster which uses singularity?
