Confirm workaround works (Win10). Just for clarification: content in AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules\zeromq\build has to be copied in AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules\ijavascript\node_modules\zeromq\build (empty)

You should see **Python3|busy** in the bottom of the IDE. Click there and force the interruption. It should switch in **Python3|idle** status
Apparently nothing changed and I still have Hydrogen 2.14.0 in packages. Should I uninstall this version?
