+1 to remove the setting as the default from MySQL 5.6 and up is `innodb_file_per_table=on`.

 Nothing changes and everything just works as with anchors but with real support for the `disabled` attribute. Running into issues with anchors as the CSS selector `a:disabled` doesn't work...

Just to keep track of it and maybe see if other users want this as well. If we find some time we'll dig into this further.
