Size is computed by the [svg-lib](https://github.com/rougier/svg-lib/blob/master/svg-lib.el#L392) library. The would probably need to be computed using the `(window-font-height)`

The tag is supposed to be dynamic so it should adapt. I think the first thing to fix is the size in svg-lib when text has been rescaled.

There's no need to install anything unless you want to regenerate every file, but those files are present inside the repository.
