workflow_run causes semantic-release-action to reference wrong branch

+1. Seems like ```yaml env: GITHUB_REF: xx ``` does not help either. https://github.com/semantic-release/semantic-release/issues/2704#issuecomment-1491137763 There should be a way to relay environment variables to the command itself

[Bug]: Devbox placing files in directories outside .devbox

Same here. And this also made me ponder that using devbox/nix-shell does not suffice as a true "development environment" :/
