Same issue here on Fedora 38 with Wayland and Podman Desktop app. Trying to produce gif. Edit: tried to record on X11 and it worked...

present on win 10.

This happens on fedora 39 as well.

after the redirection to settings, if I try to go to the podman setup, Resources -> Setup Podman, the page is blank 

similar to [#5679](https://github.com/containers/podman-desktop/issues/5679)

can't reproduce on fedora 40
