Stable one by default. But you can manually configure manager to download version whatever you want.

Is this issue permanent? Or it's just temporary version miss-sync? If temporary just use custom driver [implementation](https://github.com/rosolko/WebDriverManager.Net#manual-way). If permanent - fix needed. As for now I have not a lot...

@DBCOOPER90 By this url you download a file with single line which contains latest version of webdriver. Webdriver itself downloading by url (windows example) - `https://msedgedriver.azureedge.net//edgedriver_win32.zip`
