I got the same error with the URL that I reported, but I just managed to pull the data from this other URL `http://wms.pcn.minambiente.it/ogc?map=/ms_ogc/WMS_v1.3/Vettoriali/Numeri_Civici.map` ([source](http://www.pcn.minambiente.it/mattm/servizio-wms/))
