I believe there are two arguments to be made here:

First add it to this Tutorial: https://docs.ros.org/en/jazzy/Tutorials/Intermediate/Launch/Using-ROS2-Launch-For-Large-Projects.html#namespaces

Second: create a new Concept page that explains namespaces and maybe talks about best practices.

I am still a bit confused that there is no Tutorial on Namespaces (as far as my search showed) except for the small hint in the Beginner CLI Tutorial.
