Create Dashing & master branch

  • Dashing branch will freeze the API
  • Master branch will be used for active development
  • Setup travis to build both branches nightly
    • Dashing branch will use Dashing container or install ROS2 via apt
    • Master branch will use nightly container build of ROS2
