add move_base with hector and karto slam
Recently I have asked question that how to run move_base and mapping software simultaneously and gave them an answers.ros.org information ( https://answers.ros.org/question/223524/is-it-possible-to-navigate-and-build-map-at-the-same-time/ ) But it seems they still have some problem on doing that.
