benchmarks_gui: selecting a reachability query point when more than one point exists moves other point.

For example, if I have 2 points:

    A         b

where capital indicates selected-ness, and I click in the 3D view on "b", something like this will result:

               B               a

in other words the previously-selected point moves to a new (undesired) location.

I believe all these benchmark_gui issues should be closed since there are no plans to maintain it and no one working on it. But we should perhaps add a better warning to users not to use the benchmarks_gui unless unless they want to fix it.
