Cannot be installed with apt, 404 Not Found while trying to fetch the wrong version on ROS2-Iron

I'm trying to install the package with APT, it shows .deb file not found with a 404. The apt is asking for v0.8.0 http://packages.ros.org/ros2/ubuntu/pool/main/r/ros-iron-usb-cam/ros-iron-usb-cam_0.8.0-1jammy.20240419.200723_amd64.deb, however, the server seems to only have v0.8.1 at http://packages.ros.org/ros2/ubuntu/pool/main/r/ros-iron-usb-cam/
