Display traffic usage in Client

Maybe it could display info from "bytes" and "bytes_used" fields from ssconf json file as defined in [original SIP008 standard](https://github.com/shadowsocks/shadowsocks-org/wiki/SIP008-Online-Configuration-Delivery)?
