Its reduced but still more going on to investigate with v1.11.1

At the moment its every 2 min which is OK for now. Closing issue.

this would be an sd card build change - push to v1.12.0

added for v1.11.0 release

TODO for v1.11.1 >> discuss/move DEBUG-REPORT shortcuts (why nit both?)

@openoms I have no x86 platform here to test. Is this something to still fix for v1.10.0?
