The problem was that on fatpack the LCD was always installed even when signaled `-d headless`. The lastest build script in `dev` branch now respects the `-d headless` on fatpack....

To reduce complexity "Tor & WebUI" will not be a focus of the v1.8.0 release. Pushing this to v1.8.2 for now.

solved on startup but seen it sometimes on running still - pushing to v1.11.1

prepared branch `4449-features` but need to prepare scenario for testing by keeping lnd stoped for several hours

OK was able to reproduce and found the `features` string in: ``` [email protected]:~ ₿ cache export | grep feature ln_default_address="features" ln_lnd_mainnet_address="features" ```

@rootzoll check the shell script if that is givin the correct state
