Full Chain Testing with Headless Chrome Browser with linux Reference Files

DO NOT MERGE!!! This PR adds testing of new SVGs and includes testing on all platforms with linux reference files . Currently the new svg tests are excluded.

It includes:

• New reference files with precision 0.2
• A new function test_new_svg() to create svgs from reference json files and then compare them.
• A manual script to create new reference files
