CUDA out of memory

Hi, @kimyoungji did you figure out how to deal with the memory allocation issues?

Running example `textured_shape_gen_mini.py` throw Error ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'custom_rasterizer'

@flixyudh I was able to run it with this exact dependencies versions: it seemed that torch 2.4 was the problem, since transformers does not allow it to load `.bin` tensors...
