Feel free to add this ufnctionality again. I didn't know how to enable this, so i just removed the braces ;-)

The idea is good but maybe this should be auto detected if no auth info is entered. Please avoid adding checkboxes that complicate things.

I htink there should be better UI feedback. For example the "username" field should be mandatory. That would also solve this issue.
