Reopened the PR, since changes are breaking changes in #605

I've updated https://github.com/rswag/rswag/compare/v3...romanblanco:rebased-396-2 (and plan to merge it into `v3`), basically reverting the #605 as you suggested in https://github.com/rswag/rswag/commit/ac25323643628eddac1c9d026c5c948c8c747259. I've kept the specs to show that problem addressed...

@ehannes, exactly as you say - I thought it would be nice if Rswag could be also used by other projects than Rails. I don't have any solution yet, but...
