pixel (13, 6) should be blue 

In 80af3007.json, all train grids are 18x16, but the test grid is 19x17. Is that intentional?

See nr 2 issue in MetroMaps: https://github.com/snap-stanford/MetroMaps/issues/2. TCliqueOverlap_GetCPMCommunities is not included in the package. The reason is that clique.h is commented out in snap.i.

TStrIntSH is used by a number of functions, primarily I/O, but iterations over it are not supported.

precompiled node2vec does not work on macOS 10.15
