I've got the same issue. I'm generating classes with JOOQ from the database schema, then GraphQL Codegen is deleting them straight afterwards.

@jtroussard The project I was working on didn't go ahead and I'm now on something else. I don't think I'll have the bandwidth to come back to this, unfortunately.
Apparently I need to fix my notifications as well, only just noticed this. Will open a PR when I get a chance.
