Do you have proxy or something? Because that's a network error.

Which downloader are you using?
The line `Not removing torrents or files` comes from setting `qBittorrent / *darr` -> `Post Torrent Download Action`. What is that set as?

I changed this behaviour in the next version a bit, it will again adhere to the request to delete files.
Can you try with the latest version and see if it happens again?
